Return and Refund Policy 

1. Introduction

At VYRSLO, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless for the following reasons listed below. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can exchange items purchased.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must have been defective upon receipt OR
  • You received the wrong item OR
  • The size you ordered does not fit 
  • The item must have been purchased directly from VYRSLO.
  • The exchange request must be made within 10 days of the delivered date.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at support@vyrslo.com to request an exchange. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the exchange.
  2. Receive Exchange Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number and further instructions.
  3. Prepare the Item for Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the Exchange Authorization Number and proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

5. Processing the Exchange

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange.
  • If you exchange your item and we no longer have your size in stock, you will receive store credit for the amount purchased. 
  • You will receive an email notification once the exchange has been processed and the new item has been shipped.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
  • VYRSLO will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.
